This is a very cute blog. I wish more people knew how great our Winter was this year…it would drive more tourism and residents to our area for sure.
I hope you are right and we are turning around in this market. Florida is so beautiful and we have some of the best beaches in the world, also the great winters with NO SNOW! I don’t think the bad market can last forever. Too many people want to live here. Nice blog.
